Brief description of the Unit |
This unit covers some key aspects of commercial law which are central to the operation of business. The focus of this unit is on topics; agency law; insurance law; bankruptcy law, property law (real and personal), and consumer protection law. Students examine case and statute law in ways that help them apply the new areas of law to a variety of commercial settings |
