Brief description of the Unit |
This unit enables students to understand the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in contributing to the long term performance and viability of organisations. Students will be provided with an understanding of the functions of HRM through the employee lifecyle and how HRM integrates and interrelates with other functions of management. The unit content will establish a structured framework for further specialist study in HRM. |
