Production Management 2 builds on the initial study of Production Management 1 by focusing on the managerial and financial aspects of advanced production management.

Unit Content:

Production Management 2 builds on the initial study of Production Management 1 by focusing on the managerial and financial aspects of advanced production management. Topics may include:  Communication skills for production managers  Venue management and touring  Hiring and supervising staff   Monitoring and approving expenses  Quality control and timing  Creative problem solving  Copyright  Knowledge of union rates and conditions  Eco-credentials in event management  Sustainability practices in theatre/events
