Brief description of the Unit

This unit builds on VACAP1012 Digital Art 1 using advanced interactive tools and media for art-making. Self-initiated projects will utilize principles, concepts and practical uses of drawing and digital media to achieve a folio of finished artwork.

Unit Content:

Topics may include:

1. Project-based activity utilizing Photoshop and Adobe Premier

2. Exploration of Digital Collage

3. Digital 2D Film and Animation

4. Applications for Digital Camera and Scanners

5. Integration of drawing and digital art

6. Critical reflection activity exploring aesthetic and expressive strategies.
