Brief description of the Unit

This unit introduces students to modern project management theory, tools and practices, within the context of local government. Students will explore theory and evidence relating to planning and consultation for infrastructure and community projects in local government, procurement requirements, project controls, project monitoring and performance measurement, and risk assessment and analysis
