Brief description of the Unit

Honours Project 2 is core to the execution and completion of a thesis or major creative outcome across diverse disciplines as part of the Honours course. In this unit, you will complete your thesis research project. Under supervision, continue to research and write an extended research thesis of 12,000 to 15,000 words or equivalent (for example, creative practice with exegesis). The thesis demonstrates students' capacity to make an original contribution to their chosen discipline. Students must maintain regular meetings with supervisors for guidance and troubleshooting. Students present their outcomes in the format appropriate to their discipline—be it a written thesis, exhibition, performance, or creative showcase—and participate in the final assessment process, which may involve oral defence, public presentation, or panel review.
