Brief description of the Unit |
This midwifery practice unit provides students with a comprehensive and meaningful final preparation for transition to practice as a competent beginning registered midwife. The unit utilises principles of adult learning to enable students to identify gaps, strengths and weaknesses in their midwifery practice, consolidate practice experiences and develop critical decision-making skills as required by midwifery standards of practice. |
