Brief description of the Unit
This unit is designed to build upon previous experience and personal competence in a selected focus area appropriate to their major area of study. Students negotiate a contract with the unit coordinator, specifying the focus area and the level of award or experience. Students research theoretical models, issues and best practice related to the selected focus area gaining experience as a guide, instructor and/or educator in the selected focus area
