Brief description of the Unit |
This course will present a broad overview of packaging and packaging quality control in the brewing industry. It covers the different processes required for filling beer in a variety of containers including kegs, cans and bottles. It will also address the legal requirements of labelling, secondary packaging of products and packaging management. |
